Don’t worry, every problem has a solution. Though we can’t avoid doing our work and traveling but follow some tips to prevent the disease. Hence, remember safety is in your hands.

1: Wash your hands:
As we all know, 90% of germs enter our body through dirty hands. So, not only to prevent COVID-19 but we should always keep our hands clean before and after eating or cooking. Moreover, be like Bunty of Lifeboy’s advertisement and wash your hands at least for 20 seconds.
2: Avoid handshaking:
Prevent the transmission of germs from others by avoiding handshaking. Instead, you can do NAMASTE.
3: Practice social distance:
There is a high chance of getting infected while being in a crowded place. As of now, avoid going to public places as much as you can.
4: Don’t forget to put on a facemask:
COVID-19 is merely a respiratory disease. Be it a public place or home always wear your facemask to avoid getting in contact with dirt and germs.
5: keep your hands sanitized:
I know, at all times we can’t keep our hands washed. However, sanitize your hands with a hand sanitizer containing 60% of alcohol.
6: Avoid eating outside’s food:
Save yourself from getting infected through outside food because we don’t know how the food is being prepared. For now, binge on GHAR KA KHANA.
7: Keep distance from sick people:
This is important! Keep a desirable distance from sick people. As you will be quickly get affected by them.
8: Cook food to the proper temperature:
Heard it in a recent update about coronavirus, that it can be easily killed by heat. So, it’s advisable to follow the cooking temperature chart and cook food accordingly.
9: Stock your supplies up:
Be safe and therefore, stock necessary medications, sanitizers, food items, and other things up to avoid going outside.
10: Keep your smartphone germ-free:
Yes, you read it right. Our smartphones can be one of the reasons for spreading germs and viruses. We share our smartphones with other people without even thinking it can be dangerous. So, for this sanitize or clean your phone twice a day.
11: Don’t touch your mouth, nose, and face with unwashed hands:
Try not touching your eyes, nose, mouth with unwashed hands. As these are the parts through which the virus could easily enter into our body.
12: Feeling sick? Run to the doctor immediately:
It’s high time to take even a small cough seriously. Fever, sore throat, cough, difficulty in breathing are some of the symptoms of coronavirus. If you are not feeling well or having one of those symptoms, immediately run to your doctor for a checkup.
13: Be responsible:
I hope you are taking care of yourself and your family members as well. If not, take the first step by covering yourself while sneezing or keeping a desirable distance from them.
14: Stay hydrated:
Keep yourself hydrated by drinking a proper amount of water daily. Also, get a good sleep.
